1. ひとたび 脳 と 意識 が進化したら、感情や性格や心が存在することは不可避であろう。それらは確かに選択的に有利である。感情は我々の動機となる。そいて、人々は性格がなければ、セックスしない傾向がある。
2. ペットを飼ったことがある人なら、ネコやイヌや鳥にさえも感情や性格の発露があることに気付いている。
