Rules
Willful blindness is a term used in law to describe a situation in which an individual seeks to avoid civil or criminal liability for a wrongful act by intentionally putting himself in a position where he will be unaware of facts which would render him liable.
規約
故意に欺くことは、法において個人の悪行に対する民事や刑事責任を回避する事を目的に、その個人に責任があるとみなされる事実を意図的に知らない状況にすることと説明される。
IGNORANCE IS NO EXCUSE FOR BREAKING ANY OF THESE RULES.
IF CAUGHT BREAKING ANY RULES GM's HAVE FULL RIGHT TO EXCERCISE THERE POWERS IN ANYWAY THEY SEE FIT.
SO IF CAUGHT THERE WILL BE NO EXCUSES SIMPLY PUNISHMENT.
知らないということは、これらの如何なる規約に反する理由とはならない。（ユーザーが）如何なる規約に反し発見された場合、GMはそれ相応と判断される全ての権限を行使する権利がある。
つまり発見された場合、弁解の余地は無く、あるのは単に罰だけである。

サーバーとGMを尊重してください。GMは支援する立場ですが、全ての質問に一度に答える事はできません。我慢してお待ちください。GMコールを使用してください、より早く対応できます。
GM<~ Do not ask for items. Do not make rude comments to a GM. Do not threaten a Gm. Do not impersonate a GM.
GMはアイテムを要求しません。GMに対し乱暴なコメントをしないように。GMを脅さないように。GMを偽装しないように。
No third party programs of anykind (java programs, walker,bots,or any add on).
どのような外部プログラム（Javaプログラム、Walker、Botや如何なるアドオン）もNOです。
Spawn killing is not illegal you have 30 seconds of spawn protection. This should be enough time for anyone to load an area. 60 seconds after porting into an area you are subject to pk wether or not you have moved off the spawn point.
スポーンキル（いわゆるロードKill）は規約違反ではありません。30秒のスポーン（ロード）保護があります。これは誰でもそのエリアを読み込むのに十分です。エリアに移動してから60秒後に、スポーン地点から移動の如何にかかわらず、PK対象となります。
About scamming , you are responsible for your own gear and should you choose to give it to the wrong person you are 100% responsible for anything lost. Do not give out your account to any one. we are not held resposible for anypart of your account(characters,items,passwords,clans,etc.) When you do a trade you are responsible to make sure the items you are trading for are the correct items.
詐欺については、意図としない人にアイテムを渡した場合、失ったもの全ての責任はあなたにあります。アカウントを誰にも伝えないでください。私達はアカウント（キャラクター、アイテム、パスワード、クランその他）について、いかなる責任も負いません。トレードした際に正しいアイテムをトレードしているかの確認はあなたの責任です。
No advertising of other servers.
他のサーバーの宣伝はNOです。
Trash talking will be accepted to a limit.Those Limits are No racism No Discrimination And No Sexist Remarks.
スパムトークは許される限度があります。これらの限度とは、人種差別、偏見、及び性的表現をしない事です。
No offensive Character or Clan or Alliance names.
不快なキャラクター、クラン、同盟名はNOです。
Donators Help support the server do not speak in any negative terms to them in regards to there donation.
寄付した人はサーバーをサポートしています。寄付者の寄付行為について否定的な事を言わないこと。
English is only allowed in shout chat, if you are speaking another language in shout chat you will be warned.
シャウトで使用できるのは英語のみです。違う言語でシャウトで使用した場合、警告されます。
GM's will never ask for your account info. You are responsible for what happens to your account!
GMはアカウント情報を聞く事は一切ありません。アカウントに何が起こってもあなたの責任です。
